Pay - $19-$21/hr dependent upon experience.Some duties you can expect will consist of:
- Answer incoming calls, triaging urgent messages, directing calls to appropriate department
- Effectively communicate/resolve client questions via phone and email
- Maintain an empathetic and compassionate demeanor when working with our pet parents
- Assist referring hospitals with questions in timely and efficient manner
- Maintain medical records
- Have a desire to help people through what is often a stressful event in their lives
- Minimum two-years of experience in a customer service role (prior veterinary experience preferred)
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
