Thrive Therapy of Kansas is Hiring an Executive Director Near Wichita, KS

Rapidly growing agency providing therapies to Brain Injury patients that is committed to Making Positive Impacts in the Lives of those we Serve.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our organization. As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, including strategic planning, business development, and process improvement. This is a senior leadership position that requires exceptional leadership and management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives
- Lead and manage all aspects of the organization's operations
- Provide guidance and support to department heads to ensure effective execution of projects and initiatives
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including board members, staff, clients, and community partners
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for growth
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Represent the organization at external events and engage in public speaking engagements

Experience:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as an Executive Director or similar position
- Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
- Demonstrated experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams
- Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing and motivating staff
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders
- Experience in business development and driving revenue growth
- Solid understanding of operations management principles and best practices
- Proven track record in process improvement initiatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in a leadership role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
