Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide counseling, therapy, and support to individuals dealing with various mental health issues. The population mostly served will be children and adolescents. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients. A great opportunity to develop your clinical skills and work towards full licensure.

Duties:

- Conduct both remote and in person therapy services
- Perform patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide care to enhance social support and coping skills
- Engage in ongoing professional development
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Mental Health Counselling, Social Work, Counseling (MSW, LMHC, LMSW LCSW)
- Some experience working with children and adolescents or willing to learn
- Knowledge of mental health diagnoses
- Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans
- Familiarity with outpatient therapy settings
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Bi- lingual- Both Spanish & Russian a plus
