We are searching for a detail-oriented and collaborative problem solver to be our next Production Manager! If you are a leader who prioritizes precision and enjoy leading in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you.


Responsibilities:

  • Visiting job sites to assist with the start of projects and ensure quality control.
  • Managing and overseeing a team of 92 painters and 22 supervisors.
  • Collaborating with Production Associates to set and track performance goals, providing support as needed.
  • Taking ownership of projects and quality control for production issues that may arise.
  • Taking a proactive approach to resolving any issues that arise, ensuring a high standard of quality on all projects.
  • Effectively managing the budget and breaking down yearly targets into weekly goals.
  • Utilizing a CRM for mobile estimating and reporting purposes.
  • Reading and analyzing reports to track KPIs and ensure production goals are met.
  • Delegating tasks as necessary to the Production Assistant in day-to-day operations, keeping the production process running smoothly.
  • Acting in a professional manner, as a representative of the CertaPro Brand on site.
  • Acting as a liaison between the production team and the field staff, providing coaching, training, and support as needed.
  • Handling urgent issues or conflicts that may arise, to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Serving as a point of contact for problem-solving and resolution.
  • Helping in building a positive team culture and collaborative work environment.
  • Maintaining great people skills and customer service abilities to nourish positive relationships with clients and field staff.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience verifiable through references
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and/or related software
  • Proficiency in navigating and utilizing CRM tools and features
  • Honest, hardworking, and customer-focused character
  • A great attitude
  • Background check
  • Valid driver's license
