The Senior Teaming & Succession Program Coordinator at Thrivent entails providing comprehensive operational and organizational support for the Teaming & Succession group. This role involves assisting in various aspects of teaming and succession workflow processes, such as the teaming consultation pipeline, data analysis, and metrics management. This role also involves supporting the Directors of Teaming and Succession by sharing information with consultants and assisting them and their managers as an operational expert. This role includes managing, disseminating and updating content within our database and provides support and resources to help maturation of advisor practices for strategic growth.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role focuses on collaboration within the Teaming and Succession, with a proactive approach to identifying areas for execution improvement and enhancing teaming successes through efficiency, alignment, and key performance indicator analysis. It involves building and nurturing relationships within the Teaming and Succession, particularly with advisor-facing consultants, and establishing crucial partnerships with Thrivent's analytics groups and staff in Thrivent Advisor Groups nationwide. This position will also interact with and/or influence key organizational stakeholders and third-party vendors to enhance collaboration, remove barriers, and improve decision-making processes.

The applicable salary or hourly wage range for this full-time role is $58,196.00 - $78,735.00 per year OR $27.98 - $37.85 per hour, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered will be determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, relevant experience, skills, and knowledge, business needs, market demand, and other factors Thrivent deems important.
