Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Lead is a jack of all trades to assist in all aspects of branch activities. Through communication, decisions and behavior by example, an Operations Associate promotes a culture that works together to exceed all internal and external customers’ expectations.
Essential Functions

• Accounts Receivable
• Maintain customer accounts in good financial standing
• Check on payment status of open invoices
• Run weekly aging reports, process monthly statements, and make copies of invoices/proof of deliveries
• Invoices
• Complete daily invoice posting in an efficient error free manner
• Customer Portal Work
• Receiving paperwork and allocate orders, as needed
• Branch reception
• Answer all incoming phone calls, check voicemail box, greet all visitors, distribute incoming mail, reorder supplies and inventory
• Additional general functions include; data entry, typing, correspondence drafting, office supplies orders and prepare customer statements

Required Communication Skills: This Individual must possess a positive attitude and excellent communication skills allowing for constant interaction with a full cross section of Thruway Customers, Vendors, and staff.
