**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Controller to oversee all financial aspects of our company. The Controller will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure the company's financial health and compliance.

**Duties:**

- Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting principles.

- Manage the preparation of regulatory reporting and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements.

- Oversee the company's financial operations including payroll, general ledger accounting, account reconciliation, and financial software systems.

- Monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with SOX regulations.

- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits.

- Provide leadership and guidance to the team.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.

- Proven work experience as a Controller or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of manufacturing accounting principles and practices.

- Experience with Odoo or similar accounting software.

- Familiarity with corporate accounting, technical accounting, and financial software systems.

- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
