Job Description: This business is seeking an Experienced Equities Trader/Researcher to join their dynamic and collaborative team with a focus on systematic equities. This individual will possess a strong background in predictive modelling, trade algorithm enhancement, and overall strategy execution.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Conducting research to enhance trading strategies and algorithms.
• Collaborating with peers to review research and solve challenges.
• Improving research workflows for greater efficiency.

• Observing the direct impact of your contributions in production environments.

Preferred Technical Skillset:

• 5 years of experience in an equities trading team.
• Experience in computationally intensive research.
• Master’s or PhD degree in a quantitative subject such as Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field from a top-ranked university.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C , C#, or Java.

Preferred Experience:

• Demonstrated experience with portfolio optimization and construction techniques.
• Industry experience using deep learning.
