** Your responsibilities**

Skills and Abilities

Education Requirements

- Three to five years of related education and/or experience in metal working and/or machining environment.

- Proven understanding of machining processes, controls, tooling, etc.

- Two years of experience in a supervisory capacity or related education.

- High school diploma and some college level courses preferred.

Directly and indirectly supervises all employees on shift. Consults daily with other shift supervisors upon arriving and leaving shift. Assists other plant personnel in production issues/problems as needed. Reads and understands the Collective Bargaining Agreement (Union Contract) and ensures all procedures are followed.
