Job Summary

Develops, implements, and coordinates policies and programs covering the following: employment, labor relations, wage and salary administration, orientation and training, placement, benefits and employee services.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develops and aids in the implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures and their dissemination through employee booklets, communications, and/or meetings.
  • Investigates employee complaints.
  • Partners with assigned managers to help develop, implement and communicate overall HR initiatives that support the organization's overall strategy.
  • Coach, lead, and mentor leaders on HR topics.
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
  • Provides coaching and resources to employees and leaders with respect to career development, compensation, staffing initiatives, performance management, and employee relations in order to ensure a fair and consistent approach.
  • Partners with leaders to identify and solve business challenges utilizing HR best practices.
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Has people leader responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • 4 year college degree or relevant experience
  • 5 years in a similar role
  • Prior people leadership experience
  • Experience as an HR Manager
  • Experience partnering with leaders at all levels of the organization

Preferred Requirements:

  • HR Certification, Master's in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Job Compensation

$90,000.00 - $130,000.00
