Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Plant Supervisor to join our team. The Plant Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure production goals are met, and maintain a safe working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise plant operations and staff to meet production targets
- Develop and implement operational procedures to optimize efficiency
- Monitor equipment maintenance and repair schedules
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Train, mentor, and evaluate plant employees
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes
