Position Title: Director of Sales
Position Type: Full-Time; 40 Hours Per Week
Location: Remote
Work Hours: Monday-Friday; 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Pay Range: 100k -120k base on experience and geographical location.

Director of Sales is responsible to lead our sales efforts to the next level. As the head of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving growth, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and developing and executing sales strategies.
ResponsibilitiesThe Director of Sales will strategically build, design, and develop TIVC’s Sales department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing a strategic plan to build and scale a sales department responsible for growing a customer pipeline for our Human Enterprise Optimization solutions. Responsibilities include:
  • Owns the design, development, coordination, and implementation of the sales department
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
  • Identify and establish contact with potential customers
  • Create and communicate sales goals and ensure C-level executives are informed on the progress of those goals.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
  • Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.
  • Work with proposals to effectively communicate value propositions
  • Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts
  • Support positive working relationships with internal and external clients through timely, professional, and effective communications
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND TRAINING
  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree BA or BS in marketing or business administration. Related fields considered.
  • 5 -7 years’ experience
  • Consulting sales experience desire
Experience
  • Ability to establish, develop and implement processes and procedures that align with institutional goals and objectives, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Ability to think strategically, evaluate organizational needs, and present effective solutions.
  • Survey administration and focus group facilitation experience.
  • Experience in public speaking, oral presentations, and delivering technical content in an engaging manner.
  • Must be detail-oriented, with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community.
  • Knowledge of organization development principles and processes, methods, and techniques.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and coordinate multiple projects.
  • Ability to provide independent advice and guidance within area of expertise.
  • Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong research skills.
  • Must have proficient experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Must have proficient experience with CRM software
  • Experience with Microsoft Office SharePoint preferred
