Tibbetts Lumber Co. LLC, a growing Lumber and Building materials company, is seeking a Regional Install Sales Manager for our South Region that will encompass Palm Bay, Ft. Myers and Englewood locations. Manages installation function across region while working toward achieving sales goals and budgets by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manages workforce comprised of employees and sub-contractor labor; utilizes performance management techniques.
• Performs spot visits on job sites before, during, and after installations to ensure quality standards are satisfactory and installations are timely.
• Reviews installation schedules to ascertain resources necessary to complete projects on time. Establishes priorities and sequences for installed products.
• Reviews reports, resolves problems, and oversees procedural optimization to ensure minimum costs, prevent installation delays, and ensure top quality installation of all products.
• Develops or revises standard operational and working practices and observes workers to ensure compliance with standards.
• Provides oversight for work flow from the sales organization, millwork shops, and window departments.
• Provides second tier approval for installer invoices, confirming appropriate rates and applicable back charges.
• Oversees timely invoicing of installation activities to Tibbetts clients.
• Ensures safety procedures are followed, in accordance with OSHA regulations.
• Directly manages Install Managers/Supervisors and Window Managers within the specified service territory and is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the work produced at those stores. In addition, carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organization policies and applicable laws.
• Oversees recruitment and qualification of installation sub-contractors.
• Oversees recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training employees, overtime management, planning, assigning and directing work. Appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees while also addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Requirements:

• Achieve a minimum 90% on-time, on-schedule, complete installation rate.
• Less than a 2% call-back/correction ratio on installation after post walk corrections are made.
• Warranty work completed to customer satisfaction within one week of notification subject to material availability.
• Bachelor’s degree in management, construction, or related field or (5) years related work experience in installation of various building products, preferably doors, windows, trim, siding, etc. and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
