Responsibilities
- Lead a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and mentorship to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and relationship building.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize sales strategies and improve customer service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Recruit, train, and manage outside sales representatives to achieve company goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in technology sales.
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to optimize sales strategies.
- Experience in customer service and business development.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Technical sales experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, marketing, or sales.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
