Responsibilities
- Backup accounts payable and accounts receivable and corresponding account schedules
- Backup automotive billing process and corresponding reports/schedules
- Process vehicle title work as needed
- Cross train on other office job tasks and dealership administrative positions
- Scanning of all company documents into data system.
- Other office tasks as needed
- Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area
- Automotive dealership experience preferred.
- Must be familiar with CDK and experienced in Microsoft Excel
- High school diploma required
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally in one-on-one situations to customers and other associates
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Computer literate and must be able to learn Company software
Salary: Starting at $15.00 per hour depending on experience
