For an Executive Assistant

PURPOSE

This position will provide support and administrative services for the President of Tidewater Transit Co. LLC. Duties will include. but are not limited to, scheduling of meetings and events, travel arrangements and assisting with special projects.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Schedules meetings and events, including scheduling meeting rooms, sending invitations and drafting meeting agendas.

• Making travel arrangements.

• Completing expense and mileage reports.

• Develops and maintains filing systems.

• Organizes and manages correspondence.

• Assists with special projects.

• Monitors budgets and expenditures

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors degree preferred, but not required.

• Two years’ experience in an Administrative Assistant role is required.

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

• Excellent time management skills.

• Highly proficient computer skills particularly using Microsoft office.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain sensitive confidential information.

• Experience managing budgets is preferred, but not required.
