Tidewater Marine Electric, LLC is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Associate
Our company sells material to the local shipyards and the US Navy. The candidate will research and quote price and availability on material requests to customers. Maintain contact with customer during quoting and sales process to resolve potential problems. Work closely with customer to complete requests for quote and completing resulting orders, giving consistent attention to customer. Train on inventory products and other product lines to provide excellent customer service.
Candidate needs to be articulate and personable - must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of sales techniques to establish and maintain relationships with customers.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy environment.
General computer skills including Excel and Word are necessary.
Must be flexible and willing to work closely with all staff members and management.
One or more years sales experience, electrical field or Military a plus.
