The Staff Accountant will support the finance team supporting accounts payable and general accounting functions within the organization.
Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Reconcile key balance sheet and income statement accounts.
- Prepare and post journal entries.
- General ledger and month-end close experience.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Reconcile monthly/quarterly/annual sales tax filings.
- Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of NetSuite (or another ERP system) highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Power BI
- Microsoft Office experience including word and excel.
- Bachelors degree in finance or accounting.
- Minimum 2 years experience.
