Job Summary:

As a Residential Cleaning Supervisor, you’ll be the backbone of our cleaning operations. You’ll oversee our amazing cleaning staff, ensuring our residential properties are spotless, welcoming, and meet our high standards. You’ll manage full-time and part-time house cleaners, develop cleaning procedures, conduct quality control checks, and keep our cleaning supplies in order.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks.
• Ensure all residential properties are cleaned and maintained to high standards.
• Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets established standards.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, including requisitions for restocking.
• Resolve customer complaints related to housekeeping services.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of cleaning best practices, chemicals, equipment, and procedures.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in hospitality or housekeeping is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Working Conditions:

• Work indoors in residential homes, including homes with pets or people with allergies.
• Physically demanding work requiring standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Part-time: 4-5 hour shifts
• Full-time: 8-9 hour shifts
