Tiello has partnered with a highly reputable General Contractor in the Fort Lauderdale, FL area on their search for a Civil Project Manager to focus on work in the Civil Sector, working on team managing municipal and utility projects.

As a Civil Project Manager, your main responsibility will be to manage municipal projects throughout the state of Florice, as well as oversee internal projects, and design staff with day-to-day aspects of projects assigned.

Job Title: Senior Project Manager (Heavy Civil)

Project Types: Municipal, Site Development, Utilities (water, sewer, and storm), and Government projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively communicate relevant information to superiors
• Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion
• Manages the permits with all government agencies, local and state
• Understanding of communicating information tactfully
• Must have proven experience in the completion of similar projects

Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and follow through to completion within an allocated period of time.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Minimum of 8 Years Experience in Land Development or Municipal projects.
• BS in Civil Engineering preferred
• Experience with Land Development/Site Design, Stormwater, and Utilities, and permitting with our local and state regulatory agencies is required
