The OpportunityAre you a visionary with a drive for excellence? Our esteemed client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Account Executive (Remote) to join their dynamic sales team. In this pivotal role, you will be the catalyst for revenue growth, identifying and securing new business opportunities within your designated territory. Your expertise will ensure that state-of-the-art software solutions meet the exacting needs of prestigious clients.
Your Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Craft and execute a strategic plan to identify, prospect, and generate lucrative new business opportunities within your assigned region.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Command the entire sales process—from prospecting and initial contact to closing deals and contract negotiations. Your ability to manage and prioritize multiple leads will drive you to achieve, and exceed, sales targets and quotas.
  • Client Engagement: Forge strong, enduring relationships with clients and key decision-makers. Your deep understanding of their business objectives, pain points, and challenges will allow you to position software solutions with unmatched precision.
  • Solution Presentations: Showcase software products through compelling demonstrations and presentations, highlighting their features and benefits in a way that resonates with specific client needs.
  • Collaborative Approach: Partner seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of sales activities through Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Sales Targets: Surpass sales targets, quarterly quotas, and key performance indicators (KPIs), driving the overall success of the sales team and the company.
  • Evangelize: Be the visible and approachable ambassador for customers and partners, making your mark at conferences and industry events.
Compensation And BenefitsIndulge in an exceptional compensation package with a generous base salary of $80-90K DOE. Experience the thrill of first-year OTE ranging from $130-140K. Enjoy unparalleled benefits starting from day one, including free medical and dental coverage.
Your Skill Set
  • 5 years of Account Executive experience
  • Proven track record in sales, ideally within a SaaS organization
  • Industry expertise in Construction Software Solutions
  • Exceptional pipeline management and experience closing large contracts.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both with customers and internally
  • Proven ability to quickly and effectively build senior level relationships
  • Experience presenting to senior managers and the C-suite.
  • Mastery in managing multiple opportunities simultaneously at various stages of the buying process.
  • Deep commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction and deepening relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
