Job Title: Lead Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Office located in the the Battery/Truist Park area
Duration: 6 month contract-to-hire
Onsite 4 days/week (1 day/week remote)
This Lead Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for desktop and laptop imaging, patching and application packaging. Need someone who has worked in Microsoft environments, comfortable providing both remote and in-person support and can take ownership over imaging initiatives. This individual will also work closely with the Service Desk Manager and serve as a backup for ticket management, allocation and prioritization when needed.
