Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager accountable for aligning and managing one or more large, complex programs consisting of multiple efforts. The ideal candidate will identify and manage inter-dependencies across teams, ensuring clarity on objectives, priorities, and measures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Alignment: Make connections across teams to drive the identification and management of inter-dependencies.
• Objective Clarity: Drive for clarity on objectives, priorities, and measures.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, and remove impediments.
• Visibility and Transparency: Provide visibility and transparency of work and plans to leadership.
• Data Utilization: Use data to make successes and challenges visible, and to drive insights and action plans to adjust and aggressively pursue program goals continually.
• Cross-functional Partnership: Partner with business functions and product management to define, determine, analyze, document, communicate, and execute on objectives for implementation, support, rollout, and adoption of products.

Qualifications:

Must Have:

• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and understand dependencies.
• Experience in creating and maintaining project schedules.
• Strong skills in leading and facilitating meetings to reach consensus.
• Proficiency in risk and issue management.

Nice To Have:

• Experience with JIRA.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with MS Project.

Certifications:

• PMP certification is desirable.
