Job Summary: We are seeking tech-savvy individuals for the role of Address Recovery Coordinator. The primary responsibility of this role involves indexing mail data, updating customer information (addresses), and ensuring accuracy in data input. The ideal candidate will work with 4 to 5 different systems, double-check data for accuracy, and perform back-office data entry tasks with no phone calls involved.

Key Responsibilities:

Address Recovery Processing (75%):

• Utilize various systems to locate and update client data.
• Re-mail correspondence returned as undeliverable.
• Follow established guidelines to update or advise other business areas if client information cannot be located.
• Review the training manual for handling nonstandard undeliverable mail.
• Consistently meet hourly work targets.

Team Responsibilities (25%):

• Provide back-up support to the team leader, including training, mentoring, and leading job duty assignments.
• Add value to the team by exchanging useful information, offering ideas, sharing knowledge, and supporting team members.
• Manage and prioritize work to facilitate easy support among team members when needed.

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma.
• Proven data entry skills with proficiency in 10-key typing.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle a large volume of work accurately and promptly.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and use Microsoft Windows.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data input.
• Ability to analyze and interpret technical data.
• Effective communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer service experience.

Additional Information: A tech background and familiarity with navigating various systems and screens are critical for success in this role.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
