Your tasks
You drive the continous expansion and transformation of our Sales Operations to an AI-first student advisory service
You drive the continous transformation of our websites into a hybrid UI, powered by conversational AI and personalized interaction elements that provide users with a superior user experience and guide users through the sales journey pro-actively.
You define the roadmap and identify priorities along a path of use cases with high impact potential by digging deep into user analytics with a focus on business impact.
You lead the implementation with an agile, test-driven product development approach.
You work closely with developers from Website, Sales Tech and AI teams and effectively leverage their know-how and foster their excitement to make ambitious integrations work.
You cooperate with stakeholders across our teams in tech and market domains to enable coherent and efficient implementation plans that include rolling out test proven solutions across different markets.
You follow trends and topics in AI closely and seek disruptive opportunities pro-actively.
Your Profile
You have experience in succesfully delivering superior user experiences with AI driven products.
You have hands on experience with AI and know the ins and outs of state-of-the-art AI solutions.
You have a UX/CX background and are well versed in test driven product development.
You have strong background in data analytics and statistical evaluations.
You have experience in applying agile methods to lead a team to deliver continuous improvements over fast iteration cycles.
You communicate well and have experience in managing heterogenous stakeholder needs.
