Become part of our team as Product Manager Learning Experience (m/f/d). Start immediately in full-time at one of our locations in Germany or Remote (Germany-wide).
In this role you will have the opportunity to shape our eLearning products and the way our customers grow by education. Within our Learning domain you will work with an experienced team of engineers and designers and other roles to drive our ambitious business goals from ideation to delivery. You will peer with the existing Product Managers. You will drive outcomes through continuous discovery, building MVPs and iterating on released product improvements.
Your tasks
Be responsible for the whole product life cycle of your objectives: from discovery and research, to driving development and analyzing performance for future optimization
Develop a deep understanding of our business, users and technology and use data to identify the right problems and opportunities to solve
Define, monitor, and improve product health > success metrics
Lead complex cross-functional product implementation, bringing Operations, Service, Marketing, Sales, Academics, or other areas together to deliver superb customer experiences.
Shape your initiatives in line with IU group’s strategy and our business unit’s priorities
Your Profile
At least 3-5 years’ experience working in a Product Management role managing remote product teams or individual team members.
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
You are passionate about creating a great customer experience and smooth customer journeys
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
You are proactive and interested in understanding the problem to solve, rather than executing on stakeholder requests
Agile mindset, persuasiveness, and strong communication skills
A structured way of working to deal with competing priorities and organizational complexity
Analytical and problem-solving abilities, including data driven idea validation and testing
Proactive, ambitious, and assertive: you take ownership of your work.
Entrepreneurial mindset: You want to make things happen
Experience in building educational products or integrating AI into products is advantageous, but not required
