Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Engineer at Tigre Firestop & Insulation. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for the requests for supplies and materials from the field. PE’s also management the inventory – on jobs and at warehouse, manage document control in Pronovos, and provide administrative help in Safety. This role requires strong communication skills.

Duties/Tasks

 · Receive material requests from field and enter PO’s in Foundation

· Order the material from vendors or route pull ticket from warehouse

· Follow up on material/supply deliveries

· Match receipts to PO’s and perform Receiving in Foundation

· Update PO or provide feedback on AP Exceptions

· Move inventory on and off jobs

· Count inventory and update quantities monthly, provide monthly inventory report

· Fill out new customer request form and route to accounting

· Fill out new vendor request form and route to accounting

· Manage Clearstory and track T & M tickets and approvals on jobs

· Upload job documents to Pronovos

· Update compliance documentation on Textura

· Update equipment, electronics and asset list

· Track and update toolbox talks

· Support PM and Superintendent on Meeting Coordination

· Attend team meetings as requested

· Maintain communication and relationships with vendors

· Assist PM in any task as requested

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge in project management, project engineering, and project planning
• Knowledge of fire and safety regulations and standards
• Ability to analyze complex technical requirements
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Professional certifications in project management or engineering are a plus
