Summary:

The Packing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our production line, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and meet quality standards. This role involves supervising a team of workers, managing workflow, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during production. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to maintain a high level of productivity and safety. Responsibilities:

- Leadership in the packing and barcoding process;

- Providing guidance to the people that work on the area,

- Tracking the KPIs of the area,

- Set up and trouble shoot the packing cell system;

- Promote improvements in the area;

Expected Skills

- Experience in Industrial Processes (Preference with experience in automation )

- Electrical and Mechanical Basic Knowledge;

- Communication Skills (Provide guidance to the teamwork)

- Safety and Environmental behavior;

- 5S – Organization;

- Teamwork behavior;

- Computer Knowledge (Microsoft office package)

-Fluency in Spanish highly desirable
