Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and enhancing the dining experience for our guests.
Duties:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Present menus and explain menu items to customers
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Ensure customer satisfaction by attending to their needs during their dining experience
- Process payments and operate cash registers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and practices
- Proficiency in handling food and beverages
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for order totals and bill splitting
