About the team
The Product Solutions & Operations team at TikTok helps build holistic go-to-market plans across TikTok's eCommerce products. We are responsible for driving full-funnel product education, product adoption, and revenue across TikTok's eCommerce products. This team is the voice of the market and collects, prioritizes, and shares meaningful insights with the product team to shape the future of TikTok's eCommerce products.
Responsibilities:
  • Channel Workflow Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as content creators, copywriters, and product marketers to ensure timely delivery of content onto various marketing channels such as email, Academy (learning management system), Feature Guides, in-product notifications/announcements, lifecycle marketing and system notifications.
  • Quality Assurance: Review content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines, style guides, and best practices for grammar, spelling, and formatting for specific channels above
  • Metadata and Tagging: Apply appropriate metadata, tags, and categorization to content assets for effective organization, search-ability, and content discoverability.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor content performance metrics, conduct data analysis, and generate reports to evaluate content effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Content Governance: Develop and enforce content governance policies, including content guidelines, version control, and content archiving or retirement processes
Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in content marketing or lifecycle marketing in eCommerce or social commerce
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), digital asset management (DAM)
tools, and basic HTML/CSS
  • Experience in content management, digital marketing, growth and lifecycle marketing via email, in-product, content marketing and other owned channels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to collaborate with diverse teams,
stakeholders, and content creators.
  • Ample experience working with and influencing cross-functional partners (marketing, design, copywriting)
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, A/B testing and analytical tools
  • Bachelors degree required, Masters degree in related fields

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $128000 - $290160 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
