We are seeking a passionate and driven creative product marketing manager to join our SMB growth team. In this role, your north star metric will focus on organic content production, and you will work in close partnership with the Product team, User team, Consumer Insights team, Marketing team, Creative team and third-party agencies. This role involves close collaboration with in-market sales, global product marketing, business marketing, and operations teams in a high-growth environment. An ability to self-motivate, prioritize, problem solve and be the expert for our ads platform and ecosystem are key skills. Roles and Responsibilities 1. Conduct research into business owners, agencies, creators and competitors to understand their creative production philosophy and needs. 2. Turn the insights into actionable deliverables, including but not limited to product functions or third-party solution packages that help business owners up their creative game. 3. Own all aspects of campaign execution, ranging from campaign calendar planning to content ideation & creation, from explorative concept validation to best practice scale-up. 4. Identify relevant and significant ways to further engage and educate our audience. 5. Track and analyze key content metrics and identify rooms for further improvement and growth. Qualifications 1. Undergraduate degree or above. 2. A minimum of 5 years of working experience with 2 years of experience working with agency and 2 years of overseas experience. 3. Familiar with mainstream video production tools and UGC ecosystem. 4. Able to influence and lead cross-function and cross-geography mid-level cooperations. 5. Capable of structuring concepts into actions and making data driven decisions. 6. Innovative and adventurous in navigating through uncertainties.
