About the Team:
The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business. We are excited to continue adding to our Talent Acquisition team to attract, engage, and retain top talent to drive the organization's continued growth.
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our GBS GBS North America Enterprise Sales team as we collaborate with our stakeholders on the journey of rapid growth with TikTok. You will be an ambassador of our company and the Talent Acquisition team, collaborating with various members of the talent acquisition team and hiring managers to support our hiring efforts as we grow together as one team. You will also advocate for our company by providing high-quality candidates through sourcing and creating a world-class interview experience for each candidate.
Specifically, you will:
  • Partner closely with HRBPs and Hiring Managers to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are aligned with people strategies.
  • Use your established networks to discover, and attract experienced, diverse, ambitious talent to join the team.
  • Screen and select candidates effectively by assessing both their previous experience and well as cultural fit with our startup environment.
  • Lead key initiatives and projects with local team, and other recruiting teams, that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results.
  • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from the application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, and closing of candidates.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5 years of full lifecycle recruitment experience.
  • Proficiency in utilizing advanced search techniques and Boolean logic to source candidates across online databases and sourcing platforms effectively.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and technologies, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate relationship management (CRM) platforms, and sourcing automation tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3 years of experience supporting Sales client groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and regionally within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, Power BI) to extract insights and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
