About the team
Our team supports TikTok e-commerce business growth by improving consumer/seller/creator experience. We are looking for experienced Growth Strategy Manager to identify business problems/opportunities in the US market.
Job description
1. Analyze various behavioral preferences of TikTok Shop users, create user profiles, and identify shopping demands to be responsible for metrics such as new customer conversion and repeat purchases for existing customers.
2. Coordinate resources from different parties based on the characteristics of centralized e-commerce, ensure smooth execution of platform-wide promotions, and explore differentiated promotional strategies within a centralized environment.
3. Collaborate with product, marketing, and other teams to develop marketing campaigns and interactive strategies that enhance users' shopping mindset.
4. Collaborate with the product supply team to identify the product preferences of different user segments in different scenarios and develop strategies for matching products and customers.
Qualifications
1. Good communication skills and organizational coordination skills, meticulous and patient work attitude, able to coordinate resources from all parties to achieve goals, full of passion and creativity;
2. Have a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork awareness, data awareness and effect measurement awareness, strong learning ability, and good self-drive.
Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above.
• 5 years of e-Commerce work experience, more than 1 year of event operation experience, familiar with mainstream product event operation strategies;

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $111466 - $192533 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
