Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Design and Outreach Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for driving sales and expanding our client base through proactive engagement and outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to connect with both in-house and external clients. Additionally, this position requires attendance at our brick-and-mortar store to engage with walk-in clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including end clients, GCs, architects, designers, developers, and installers.
- Sales Outreach: Actively reach out to potential clients to introduce our products and services, generating new leads and expanding our customer base.
- Engagement Channels: Engage with customers via phone, email, and messaging platforms to ensure consistent communication and support.
- Sales Process Management: Monitor and facilitate the sales process using our in-house software and CRM systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supplier Interaction: Interact with suppliers and transport services to coordinate product availability and delivery schedules.
- Demand Generation: Develop and implement strategies to create demand for our flooring and wall products within various market segments.
- Project Support: Assist in project specifications and general daily tasks such as file organization and workspace management.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings and effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to client management and sales strategies.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback to inform business strategies.
- In-Store Engagement: Attend to clients who walk into the store, providing them with information, assistance, and guidance on our products.
Qualifications:
