What you will do:
The Sr. Supply Chain Business Improvement Manager, is responsible for providing insights and analysis on the economic impact of initiatives that are critical to our Supply Chain. This role will lead and champion the supply chain team in developing and maintaining many aspects of financial planning to ensure clear financial visibility of our supply chain business operations and trends and will drive the business to achieve and improve our goals. Provide guidance and support to manage and monitor the budget and will provide financial analysis, and modeling. This role will also work closely with department leaders and cross-functional teams to support projects and decision-making processes. In addition, this role will be responsible for identifying opportunities within the business that will deliver both cost savings and operational efficiencies by working closely with the VP of Supply Chain, EVP, Operations and on occasion other functional leaders. A strong candidate will have a demonstrated track record of being a self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
