Job Summary:
Our client is a 219-bed acute care facility in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. We're looking for Registered Nurses to join our Medical/Surgical unit. New graduates are welcome to apply, and we believe in the power of people providing great care.
Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg unit.
• Assess, plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate nursing practice.
• Handle a diverse range of patients, including those with Cardiac Comorbidities, DVT, Sepsis, Pneumonia, and Post Op Care.
• Assist with TPA administration within 45 minutes of arrival for stroke patients.
• Maintain an average daily census of 30 patients.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Experience in the ICU or Med/Surg preferred.
• New graduate nurses are encouraged to apply.
• PA Registered Nurse License.
• BLS Preferred (Will receive during orientation period).
• ACLS Preferred (Will receive during orientation period).
• CPI Preferred (Will receive during orientation period).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
