What You’ll Do:

As an Account Management Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth administration and coordination of HR functions, focused on risk management, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance for Tilson clients. Your responsibilities will include:  

  • Employee Maintenance Administration: Manage the employee maintenance process from information receipt to entry into the payroll HRIS, ensuring accuracy and following up on any employee questions.
  • Operations Support: Assist operations teams with day-to-day functions, including communication and follow-up with worksite employees, collecting information, and ensuring documentation is complete.
  • Unemployment Claims Administration: Handle the unemployment claims process, including researching and responding to claims and coordinating documentation.
  • Worker's Compensation and Compliance: Assist in administering worker’s compensation injury reporting and manage the E-Verify process for PEO clients.
  • Pre-Employment and Benefits Coordination: Oversee pre-employment screening processes and assist with systems support for employee benefit enrollments.
  • Goal Setting and Monitoring: Actively participate in setting and monitoring your own goals related to department and company initiatives, adjusting plans as needed to meet objectives.

Who You Are:

You are a detail-oriented and proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You have a passion for HR and a commitment to supporting clients and employees with exceptional service.  

  • Education & Experience: You hold an Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s Degree desired), preferably with a focus in Human Resources or related experience.
  • Certification: SHRM or PHR certification is a bonus.
  • Communication Skills: You excel in verbal and written communication, engaging effectively with clients, colleagues, and business partners.
  • Attention to Detail: You have a keen eye for detail and the ability to organize, plan, and prioritize work for timely and accurate completion.
  • Project Management: Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously, you manage tasks independently and ensure deadlines are met.
