Tim Tebow Foundation is Hiring a Digital Fundraising Specialist Near Jacksonville, FL
Job brief: The Digital Fundraising Specialist will play a key role in helping TTF’s ministries unlock the potential of digital fundraising. The Digital Fundraising Specialist manages and oversees growth of online fundraising and engagement programs for select ministries by executing effective strategies and techniques via social media, email, promotions, and other digital channels. The specialist will lead digital fundraising and engagement activities, developing and implementing marketing strategies to support fundraising across the selected ministries with minimal oversight.
Responsibilities:
Work with marketing and communications team members across TTF’s varying ministries to develop an annual fundraising strategy
Acquisition and retention of donors through digital channels and building a best in class donor experience for our giving family
Oversee creation and execution of online cultivation, stewardship and engagement communications, as well as direct call-to-actions
Develop and manage online fundraising tactics, such as; email and text message marketing, peer-to-peer, landing pages, content creation, paid digital, analytics, and storytelling
Coordinate with other members of the Marketing departments on omni-channel fundraising campaigns, ensuring the creation and delivery of strategic support messaging is consistent across all platforms
Work within an existing brand voice, both in visual representation and editorial style, in order to support the consistency of messaging across campaigns and the organization
Develop and test new initiatives and innovative concepts for fundraising
Liaise with other departments on management of fundraising tools on website and social media engagement
Stay up-to-date on industry best-practices, within digital fundraising, among nonprofits
Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in direct growth marketing or fundraising role
Experience working with Hub Spot is a bonus
Proven ability to raise or drive revenue with examples of working toward achieving a revenue or fundraising goal
Experience with fundraising tactics, such as; point of conversion analysis, marketing funnels, paid digital, direct mail, landing pages, copywriting, email & text marketing, expense management, and social media
