We are seeking dynamic and experienced individuals to join our Sales Management, Team Lead, and Finance team at our Altoona Honda dealership. In this multifaceted role, you will oversee day-to-day sales operations, manage a high-performing sales team, and facilitate seamless financing transactions for our valued customers. Key Responsibilities: Sales Management:
  • Manage day-to-day sales operations, including overseeing sales staff, setting sales goals, and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and motivate sales team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Ensure adherence to dealership policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance team morale and productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Finance and Insurance Management:
  • Work closely with customers to understand their financing needs and provide suitable options.
  • Present and explain financing and insurance options to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Secure financing approvals from lending institutions and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with sales and management teams to structure deals that meet customer needs and dealership objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financing options, interest rates, and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and lenders.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations related to automotive financing.
Administrative Support:
  • Assist the Finance & Insurance/Sales Manager with preparing and processing financing and insurance paperwork for vehicle sales transactions.
  • Verify accuracy of customer information and financing documents.
  • Communicate with lenders and insurance providers to ensure timely completion of transactions.
  • Coordinate with sales and administrative staff to facilitate smooth and efficient transactions.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to all relevant regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance & Insurance Manager as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of automotive financing, lending practices, and dealership operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing automotive financing.
  • Proficient in using finance and accounting software.
