As an Automotive Commercial Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations of commercial vehicles, developing, and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive sales, strong leadership skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for commercial vehicles.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure optimal performance and professional growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers and fleet accounts.
  • Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and service to ensure a cohesive approach to sales.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial vehicles and the automotive industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
