Minimum/Required Experience:

Person or persons filling this position shall have at least four (4) years of experience administering, maintaining, and developing BMC Helix IT Service Management Software. This position requires the incumbent to hold ITIL 4 Managing Professional certification, BMC Certified Professional certification, BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field.

Responsibilities

BMC Helix Service Desk Professional shall be physically manned at the DCF location during normal business hours from 6:00am-2:30pm and optionally at WCF but the person or persons assigned must provide administrative support for both locations. The COR/Alternate COR is authorized to change times on 30-minute increments only, and the COR/Alternate COR shall authorize or approve changes in writing only. The person or persons filling this position can be dual hatted as Systems Engineer when not performing apple administrator functions.

Minimal travel required.
