Program Manager

Timitron Corporation is seeking a Program Manager (PM) shall support the PM for all assigned personnel and shall provide support for the administrative program management and oversight for each task order. The PM shall have five (5) years or more of relative experience to both manage and mentor staff with various technical work assignments.

Minimum/Required Experience:

The Program Manager shall be responsible for overseeing the achievement of larger organizational goals. Program Manager shall lead the overall program with strong attention to strategy, implementation, and delegation. The Program Manager will be the principal point of contact between COR/Alternate COR and senior management, attend the required weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly meetings, responsible for presenting regular concise program status updates, and ensuring timely resolution of critical program issues.

The Program Manager will manage the responsibility of quality and efficiency of the contract to include both technical issues and business processes, be responsible for assisting in task assignments, ongoing supervision of technical efforts, and overall performance management of the program, must have a general understanding and knowledge of the Microsoft computing environment, must possess good oral and written communication skills and have at least five (5) years of experience managing personnel and processes in an IT enterprise environment.

A Program Management Professional (PMP) or IT Infrastructure Library certification is mandatory for this position. Personnel not meeting the minimum requirement may have a 2-month waiver to receive the required certification, depending on experience. Exception to the above will be determined on case-by-case basis.
