About the Job:

Timmins Harlan, PLLC, is seeking a business development and marketing specialist, who will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing PPC (Paid Search) campaigns, Paid Social Advertisement campaigns (including universal or automated scalable campaign types) across multiple large and scalable digital ad platforms. The specialist will also be responsible for driving both the strategy and execution, building launch and ongoing management strategies focused on new business units, running and analyzing experiments, and making decisions prioritized on business impact. The ideal candidate will need to be able to thrive in a role that can absorb key details from an overarching business strategy and translate those into a scalable digital marketing strategy focused on delivering measurable experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Build campaigns from the ground up, including keyword research, competitive analysis, audience definition, geographic targeting, and ad copy generation and experimentation
  • Monitor campaign performance and pacing to goals, perform recurrent and ad hoc analysis, and flag opportunities to grow or optimize performance across performance marketing channels and tactics
  • Keep advertisement campaigns up to date with the latest and greatest insight from advertisement platform partners, from the site, from internal partners, and industry trends/insights
  • Analyze, experiment, and iterate to improve performance and uncover new opportunities, including running structured A/B and channel lift testing to determine the incrementality of digital media strategies and channels on key business outputs
  • Identify and plan strategies for new business opportunities according to market conditions and trends.
  • Manage RFP responses and content strategies, including client communications and the firm website, blog, and other digital media.
  • Manage projects, events and other opportunities, while preparing and tracking pitches, proposal, and referrals
  • Conduct research on marketing targets, competitors, and other industries

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, computer science, mathematics, marketing, or a related discipline
  • Experience in performance media, paid social, and/or paid search in ecommerce or verticals with performance/direct response objectives
  • Experience with analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
  • Intermediate experience in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent writing, proofreading, and critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
