We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for interacting with existing and potential clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, and supporting our team of lawyers and paralegals as we provide legal services to our clients. This is a key role that requires excellent communication skills, excellent computer and office skills, attention to details and accuracy, and the ability to anticipate and fulfill the needs of our clients and our team.

```Responsibilities```

- Receptionist Duties, communicating with clients and potential new clients, arranging and preparing for meetings, and providing exceptional client support.

- General Office Tasks to support professional staff, centered around the efficient exchange of information to clients and professionals outside of our office

- File and Document Management as we progress to a paperless office, including client intake for new matters, managing electronic files, updating our electronic records and closing matters

- Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on products, services, and industry news

- Provide support to our Business Manager, assisting with client billing and communication with clients concerning billing matters

- Proven experience in positive customer or client relations, or equivalent

- Previous experience working in a professional office, especially a law office, will be helpful, but not required

- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills

- Ability to anticipate, prioritize and multi-task to see that matters and projects are completed

- Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, and knowledge of handling of creating and managing electronic documents

- Experience with legal practice management software is desired

- General accounting skills are a plus, including knowledge of Quickbooks and Excel
