Timothy O'Toole's Pub is an established restaurant in the Gurnee community. We are professional, fun-loving, and energetic leaders in the Hospitality Industry. We have 4 locations locally, and seek continued growth for ourselves, and from the management team.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Enter orders into the cash register and handle cash transactions
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Prepare food items such as salads, appetizers, or desserts as needed

Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
- Excellent guest service skills, including the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Please note that this position requires the ability to stand for long periods of time and may involve lifting or carrying heavy trays or equipment. Sanitation practices must be followed at all times to ensure a safe and clean dining experience for our guests.
