Position Overview: Are you a visionary designer with a passion for shaping extraordinary commercial spaces? We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer who thrives on innovation and is driven to lead projects from ideation to realization. As a key player in our team, you will have the opportunity to influence and mentor others while working on projects that redefine the commercial landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead with Vision: Drive the creative process and lead project teams to deliver outstanding design solutions that align with client goals and brand identity.
• Innovative Design: Develop and present forward-thinking design concepts that challenge the status quo and set new industry standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
• Detailed Execution: Produce comprehensive design documentation, including plans, elevations, and high-quality 3D renderings.
• Material Selection: Curate and specify materials, furniture, and finishes that enhance the aesthetic and functional aspects of each project.
• On-Site Oversight: Conduct site visits to ensure fidelity to design intent and address any on-site challenges.
• Mentorship: Inspire and mentor junior designers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Trendsetter: Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate the latest innovations into our design approach.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years in commercial interior design with a strong portfolio of diverse, high-impact projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD Architectural and Google Suites. 
• Communication: Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Leadership: Strong leadership qualities and collaborative mindset.
• Certification: NCIDQ certification.
