At TINKER & RASOR, we are dedicated to providing top-notch service and fostering a collaborative work environment. As a Laser Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations, ensuring precision and efficiency in laser cutting processes.

**Duties:**

- Operate laser cutting machinery to fabricate parts according to specifications.

- Conduct quality inspections on finished products to ensure adherence to standards.

- Collaborate with team members to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.

- Perform sheet metal fabrication, welding, and assembly tasks as needed.

- Utilize precision measuring instruments to verify accuracy of machined parts.

- Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks.

- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures, including lock-out tag-out practices.

- Assist in other areas of the Production department as needed

**Required Skills:**

- Proficiency in laser cutting operations.

- Experience with sheet metal fabrication, welding, and assembly.

- Familiarity with quality inspection processes.

- Knowledge of precision measuring instruments.

- Competence in fabricating parts using various tools.

- Experience with lathe operations is a plus.

-Experience with hand tools is a plus.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
