Tiny Chefs is seeking Site Coordinators who will oversee instructors at our summer camp programs at sites in Montgomery County, MD; Washington DC, and Northern Virginia. The Site Coordinators will:

• Be the main point of contact for program logistics relating to their school site and act as a liaison for parents, instructors, administration, and students.
• Coach and provide support and feedback to instructors teaching summer programs.
• Manage communications to the school and to the families.
• Substitute teach for instructors as needed.
• Be available, as needed, for camps running M-F, 8am-4:30pm (20-40hrs per wk). MUST be available, at minimum, Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays.
• Shop for assigned camps & coordinate grocery drop off with instructors
• Pick up and drop off supplies needed for assigned camps.
• Print recipes according to camp needs
• Must have reliable/private transportation to transport supplies to multiple camp locations

*Candidate MUST be available specifically between 7/8-8/9.

Tiny Chefs is seeking a Site Coordinator with the following knowledge and skills:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• A comprehensive understanding of age-appropriate classroom and behavior management skills and age-appropriate activity and curriculum planning.
• A proven record of being a reliable, energetic, and enthusiastic motivator.
• First aid and CPR certified (Tiny Chefs can facilitate acquiring certification).
• A bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or elementary education/2 years of teaching experience is preferred.
• A background check and finger printing for working with minors will be required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
