Tiny Green Trees is Hiring a Preschool Director Near Milwaukee, WI

Tiny Green Trees is currently accepting applications at our Nature Based Preschool for a Full Time Lead Teacher to Level up into a Director position as we plan for opening our next location. This is a learn & grow as a future Leader position. Ideal for a Lead Preschool teacher with several years of experience in ECE, looking to move to an administrative position. As a Senior Team Lead Teacher, you would need to be prepared for 6-9 months of training to be a future Director. You must also be genuinely passionate about our 3 Core Values. At Tiny Green Trees our “Core Values” are the guiding principles for our unique school.

  • A strong dependable work ethic

  • Managerial talent to handle a broad spectrum of operational challenges with flexibility, planning, problem solving and follow through.
  • Experience in human resources, detailed documentation, and one on one conversations
  • Experience in sales, enrollment and event planning

  • Understanding of nutrition, oversight of kitchen, inventory and ordering

The director's role and responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing school’s operations focused on relationship building, quality assurance related to the rules and regulations for ECE and NAC accreditation 
  • Developing robust relationships with our families through showcasing a genuine love for children and a strong commitment to their wellbeing
  • Cementing one’s leadership role through effective organizational and time management skills
  • Train, coach, and develop the faculty for school’s forthcoming needs
  • Keeping school facilities in top notch condition
  • Total awareness of and compliance with state childcare licensing regulations
  • Work in all Microsoft formats and phone apps, manage spreadsheets, budgets and weekly, monthly meetings.

Are you Qualified for this position?

  • Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field preferred
  • Have been in the ECE field in a licensed center for several years
  • Extensive managerial experience in a fast-paced work environment while projecting a positive and upbeat attitude
  • Must be able to pass a background check / Fingerprints
  • Must have reliable mode for transportation
  • Must have FT availability between business operation hours 6am - 6pm
  • Must be passionate about making the world a better place and leading a unique school in a direction different from any other childcare option in the state of Wisconsin.
