Role Overview:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a crucial role in driving the growth of Tiny House Listings. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, qualifying leads, generating new business opportunities, and supporting the senior sales team. This position is perfect for individuals looking to start a career in sales and eager to grow within a fast-paced, innovative company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualifying Leads:
- Identify and assess potential customers to determine their fit for our tiny homes.
- Engage with inbound inquiries and evaluate their needs and readiness to purchase.
- Creating New Leads:
- Proactively reach out to potential customers through various channels (email, phone, social media).
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Collaboration with Senior Sales Team:
- Seamlessly transition qualified leads to senior sales representatives for further engagement and closing.
- Provide detailed information and insights gathered during the lead qualification process.
- Lead Nurturing:
- Manage unqualified leads by entering them into targeted marketing campaigns.
- Follow up with these leads to re-engage and qualify them for future sales opportunities.
- Support Senior Staff:
- Assist the senior sales team by handling preliminary interactions with potential customers.
- Free up senior staff to focus on closing deals and driving revenue.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated and self-driven with a desire to succeed in sales.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
